Updated to version 0.1.9 of RLDR

Change log:
-Added: Sound effects and randomized music tracks for each section (By The wonderful Kevin Macleod)
-New: Cultists are now coloured based on their cult robe
-Removed: “dive for stairwell desperately” interaction
-New: Added mania system, its pretty basic for now but a few things can happen to you when your misery gets high, stumbling randomly, passing out etc.
-New: Added more premade Monsters, and new AI for some stuff. And added to monster generator a bit aswell.
-Added: Many more things, and new spells, cults, monsters etc.
-Updated: Atmosphere of the game should feel alot more eerie, hopefully
