This build has a-lot of QOL and typo fixes and a couple new Manias.

I actually set up some trello boards now, so expect me to get more done in the future more quickly!

Changes:

-Fixed massive amount of typos (even more)

-You can now roll inducement to convince sapient pearwood to swap places with you if you don't want to brutally murder it.

-When your inventory is full and you get an item from something like  a bookshelf or a fountain it no longer vanishes into thin air instead it drops down on your tile in case you want it

-Fixed crash with pear wood that wakes up

-Improved one of the new manias

-Added more ghost sentences

-Added new mania that i've been wanting to add for ages that has 19 different variations and other weird things about it (Also improved since the last dev build for those who have the dev build)
