Kings Sea

Kings Sea is a simple arcade-style fish sim game inspired by the classic Apple II game Odell Lake. Which i created over a single weekend to learn Unity.

Here’s how the game plays at a kinda basic level:

• As your chosen fish, you face random encounters throughout the game.
• In each encounter, you’re given five possible actions. However, only one of these actions is the most beneficial for your fish in this encounter.
• Choosing the optimal action in each encounter earns you the most points.
• Your goal is to survive for as long as you can and get the highest score. Every challenge has an ideal solution—with no randomness, unless it works in your favor (for example, sometimes an action that would normally be fatal might unexpectedly spare you), So you must learn over time which action is best for each encounter to continue progressing
• As you play the world changes and more encounters get added to and removed from the pool of possible encounters...

Kings Sea challenges you to adapt and make the correct decisions. The better you understand the game, the longer you’ll survive each session and the more points you’ll earn!

The game tracks your high score so you can play and try to beat your high score as well.
