DR4X Friday build #4: 7/30/2021

Changes:
-Added new music track to game, it plays on campaign and skirmishes.
-Added new world age Setting Novus Imperium
--In this setting there are more cities than any other setting and an active Kingdom Faction controls basically the entire map, and given your other choices on the skirmish mode screen your goal may be to destroy them. This is a new unique win condition, you cannot get the "destroy wildlife and bandits" objective in these skirmishes, you cannot play as the controlling kingdom
--Cults get a unique intro here
--Republic starts with many units already on the map including some they normally cannot access
-Added another new world age setting Grex Tenebris
--This setting is similar to the Novus Imperium, except it is a random cult that controls the map, and the entire world is ruined (ruined cities, and they have their own advanced undead units like their own Strigoi and so on.
--Hideouts spawn as independants here, making it much easier for cults to build up
--Cults and kingdoms get unique intros here
--This setting also has unique win conditions
--The controlling cult starts with many units already on the map including ones they cannot normally access
-Fixed bug with tooltips that would hide them, because of an old dirty hack
-You can now open the options menu from the escape menu, removed the volume controls from escape menu (since its in the options) and sorted the escape menu options in a better order for players
-Did many ai optimizations so that the new world age settings wouldn't be too slow
-Made wildlife even more 'dumb', but only for optimization/immersion reasons, it might actually perform better this way
-Fixed major bug where command shuffling would cause strange things to happen within AI player doing commands that resulted in things like the game being loaded and the AI kingdom building a zombie they shouldn't have access to and other weirder things
-Turns are now always referred to as weeks
-Fixed typos in button tooltips, and reworded some (still need to go through all my command tooltips and fix typos in those though)
-Added new tooltips
-Special certain thing now saves properly
-Added many more possible hints in loading screen
-Escape menu options are now in a more logical order
-New icon for game
-Clarified some lore stuff
-Fixed bug where miscellaneous units could break the game in many ways which possibly fixed a bug in the first campaign mission where it would just crash
-Added occasional Raqr Ibklr to skirmishes
-Raqr Ibklr saves properly
-Incursions
-Universe A incursions
